Question Mysterious leak

2015 BMW X5 35i , I got this mystery that I can’t solve , vehicle was facing toward the camera with a stain below the car , after seeing it i inspected for leaks found none, I took the car to mechanic and had them go over , no oil leaks , no coolant leaks , no transmission leaks, no brake fluid leaks it was dry underneath and nothing seemed out of place , car runs and drives fine . The only thing I did that day was have my AC turned on for half hour before parking it , celsius 5c / fahrenheit 40. But here’s the problem, if it was ac why the hell do I have a stain that a degreaser won’t remove ... any thoughts?

Is that your driveway? Is it possible someone else pulled in and leaked all over?

Do you use ice melt solution to de-ice your driveway? It will leave such stains.

That is my driveway, it definitely was under my car and I don’t know if a prank by a neighbour or a grudge, don’t have any enemies I know of, I have a feelings it’s from my AC but can’t be sure why it stained so badly.

Ice melt mix with water from AC? Not sure that would cause it

Some utility truck parked there, like plumber or something? If that would come from your car, you'd know it already, trust me.

Just ice melt with some water/snow. Most people won't notice it on the asphalt but very visible on stone/brick.
