Real Time Traffic not working

Just wondering if it's isolated to my car of if others have the issue. It's been like this since yesterday...

Called my SA and she said to bring it in
I coded the car so id rather not and just wait for a more simple fix

Mine was out this morning too. It is clearly something beyond our vehicles, like a downed transmitter or something like that. Anyone with another BMW with real-time traffic seeing the same issue?

Issue is widespread

I have a 2016 X5M and I also started to experience this same issue on Saturday in Canada.

I called SOS this afternoon from my SUV and 'BMW Assist' said that they are aware of the issue and a fix will be downloaded automatically to our vehicles when remedied.

for a $70K+ car they seem to be having lots of issues with the connected drive systems.

My E90 still has live traffic so whatever it is, it's not impacting all BMWs.

Maybe more of us need to call and complain. I will do so tomorrow.

I think it doesn't only affect the X5.
It includes the 3G dependent BMW car for the traffic information.
E series is using the old school traffic information. I think it is transmitted via fm signal.

Are you guys talking about on the nav screen the red, yellow, green traffic patterns?
If so, mine has been working without any issues...
