I'm not understanding everyone's freakout in here about getting a PPI, not sending a down payment, etc. He's going through a BMW dealer and buying a CPO. He's not going through "Bob's Cars" and buying a car for $20K below what it should be.

CPO is sort of the point. Yes, still run a VIN check to make sure you don't see anything else. Beyond that, if it has the right options, what's the reservation?

Yeah, that's fair, I suppose he didn't mention more details, that it was at a BMW dealer, etc.

I think it's a good deal but believe it's lower than average because of the option and color combo.

What options do you think lower? I agree the color is not my first choice, after seeing several in the daytime, I've grown to really like it.
