How to repair license plate holder holes

Hi all, Any ideas how to go about filling in these holes? Front plates are not required in my state an I like a cleaner look.

Interested to see repair possibilities as well - I had dealers take off the tag holder and send me pics before I would look at the car. I saw some where they toqued the screws so tight it was pulling the bracket through the bumper cover

Here's a thread where I posted mine. I'm happy with them. Not much choice if you don't want to run a front plate and already have the holes....

I was going to suggest bumper plugs as well, but it looks like there is some deep scratches or cracking. In that case I would see if a body shop could repair with filler and paint.

I did that on my SRT and it just never looked 100% so I went plugs this time and I'm very happy with it.
