It is amazing how BMW managed to immitate Porsche in their designs.
Porsche have always presented a normal, boring looking base car and all the additions make it the special car we see on the roads. The same thing is happening recently. BMWs (mostly x5/x6) of this generation look pale and boring at the base model but take a significant step forward once you go on to the better models and designs and options. |

Agreed. That rear, specifically the bottom bumper, looks hideous. They tried to copy the X5 styling a little too much by decreasing the height and trying to lengthen it, which was a big mistake for an already short vehicle. The other previews looked okay because of the larger wheels and matching arches and side panels (M-Sport). Looks like if you want this thing to look remotely decent, you need to buy the M-Sport versions period. This X-Line version and color is an epic failure. No offense to those that like this .
