Idrive Screen Failure?

Started the car Saturday and noticed the screen was very dim. The more I looked, I found the screen has burned in images and is very dull. Anyone experience this? 2016 X5 here ... images attached.

I still have my CPO so assume BMW will handle but it’s crazy to see a screen fail at 55,000 miles.

Not common. Did you try banging it? Lol
Is it like that on every startup?

To be honest I figured a restart would fix it but nothing! At this point, I don’t want to bang it to fix it. I will let BMW figure it out.
