HUD screen malfunction

Got in the panda today after showing a few homes and the screen and radio didn't come on. So weird. Powered her down and fired her up again and still nada. Drove a bit - went to get some coffee - activated the alarm after power down and came back and she was fine.
I recently flashed her for a stage 1 BM3 so maybe something was affected from that.

Any thoughts?

And my sunroof stopped working.

Car does some very weird things when the battery is bad or on its way to being bad. I think that would be a good place to start.
