i recently upgraded to 2019-1 thanks to TheUltimateDrivingManiac

do i need to re-enter the FSC code. I did it in october and i cant find the FSC code in my ebay messages anymore

Depends on your fsc code. If it's lifetime - you don't need it. If it's not - it's useless anyway.

i just checked and it was life time! so now all i'd need to figure out is how to create that USB ?

Download rar archive, extract the inside folder's contents into the root of a 32GB or larger FAT32 formatted USB drive.
