Heads up display and changing radio stations question

I couldn't find any old threads about this so maybe i'm the first to ask.

I have the HUD in my f15 x5d and when I use the little wheel to change radio stations, it lists all of the stations available, not just the ones i've programmed in the presets... is there a way to change this?

The reason I don't like this is because it attempts to display the radio station names and a lot of them are jumbled up jargon and i'm having a tough time choosing the station I want....

Pretty sure it mirrors what your iDrive is set at. Make sure you're on your programmed stations list using the iDrive and then your HUD should give you only those stations.

Like the above poster said, you need to get into the preset list in order to HUD to display only the preset list. Go to the radio menu, click on "Preset," and then click the idrive controller knob down one more time to stay in the Preset list.

And to add to the previous comments, you can program one of your numbered buttons to always go back to your presets. That's number "1" on mine. No matter what I've been doing previously, I just push number 1 and I'm into my presets, which are a mix of mostly SiriusXM and a few radio stations.

I also confirm my HUD only shows the list of saved favourite preset stations...
