Leaked X7 Design (email from BMW Nashville)

Current 3-series owner, and haven't been active on the board for quite some time. Received an email from BMW of Nashville earlier today for end of year specials. At the bottom of this email was a lease deal for a new X5.....or so I thought. Upon closer inspection, this "X5" in no way resembles the current F15. It actually represents the renders of the upcoming X7. Could this just be a fluke by the dealership (who uploaded the wrong jpeg to the email)? Or did we get a sneak peak? You be the judge!

That actually might be the next gen X5....

Front page has a rendering of an X7 and it's very similar except the kidney grills have sharper lines.

Definitely gave it some thought.....the extended cargo area in this photo made me lean towards X7. Still cool regardless since neither have been formally revealed.

Hideous front end; mostly the grill shape....doesn't look like an X5....my vote X7...gross

That is ugly as Aztec. If new X5 looks like that, BMW failed so hard mocking up Q7 that is elegant looking at least.

No words to describe this new design direction,

if the new X5 will endup like this, I am glad we ordered one now.
Is BMW hopping to complete with the large ugly Toyota?

The e-mail better be an early April Fool's joke. If it ends up looking like that, I'll pull the trigger for a previous generation CPO GL63 AMG (not a fan of the outgoing version)

Guys those are photoshopped images. That's not what the real X7 will look like at all.

The giant grills are accurate. Only thing off would be the front vents which should follow the designs of the7 series and new 5. Everything else are highly similar.

So the lines of the GL with a BMW face and ass then king sizing the kidney grills? Maybe M Sport and only in black to hide all of the ugly.

Well that makes more sense. I just don't understand why a dealership would send out a promotional email like that and make such an egregious error. And why that jpeg was even an option to insert? Just found it curious and odd since BMW of Nashville is a BMW-owned location, not private.
