BMW service bulletins: Connected Drive is Not working
Does anyone have print out of service bulletin SIB 84 05 15 or any other that explains how to update Connected Drive Services. This connection is not working for me anymore. Thanks.

Has your subscription run out? I have a 2014 X5 that I purchased 11/13. The vehicle comes with 3 years of Connected Drive services and then it's $50 per year after that. You can renew online at the BMW Connected Drive website. I renewed and everything works perfectly. I don't believe you need to update your vehicle in any way.

ISTA+: Service Function > Body > Telecommunications > Update Online Services
After completion of test plan, take vehicle outside (clear view of sky); 5 minutes with ignition on; update services. |
