That was me, didn't want to poo-poo this persons classified ad by posting about it though. Maybe his fits...but the cut looks the same as the one I just cut up.

Haha It was so fresh in my head. I am tempted. My wife hates how the E70 version doesn't cover the window at all. Lol

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. This is the BMW window shade for the F15 x5. It fits great. I don't need it any more because I sold my x5.

Buy this one and cut it if it doesn't fit around the mirror without extreme bending like mine. Price is good, cheaper than ECS tuning or Turner

Hey Machetero, So the issue I had was I bought the OEM one, from ECS Tuning, and it was so stiff, I had to bend / contort it to fit around the mirror, messing up the mirror position every time I would put it in the window. If I hadn't bought the one I did, I probably would have bought yours since the price is better.

My thread was just basically warning people to watch out for the mirror cut out hole being undersized.

I ended up cutting mine to enlarge it, now no bending or contorting or mirror moving to get it into place, and I just hold it up with the visors.

Ah ok I understand…yes you do have to bend it around the mirror and it is rather stiff. After doing it a few times I didn't have an issue with it. You are correct though it is a stiff material.
