Both Heated front seats not working

Hi,
I purchased a 2015 f15 a couple of months back and tried using the heated seats the other night.
Both driver and passenger seats don't heat up at all.
I have checked fuse 64 and 65 and they are OK.
Any other things I could check?

Car has 63k miles so I think its unlikely that the elements in both seat bases and backs are all blown.

Which connectors under the seat are for the heating elements so I could check continuity?

I appreciate any advice you may have.
