I have tried all suggestions in this post, I still get cold air blowing out first thing in the morning. Which was not pleasant this morning when it was in the single digits temp wise. The only way I have found to stop it is to turn off the HVAC system and wait for the engine to warm up some before turning it back on. I will try cycling the ignition and see if that helps.

My solution as of now: turn it off until engines warm up
