Anyone have the carbon fibre trim?

So I have the hex aluminium trim, which I do like, however it gets damaged really easily.

I'm toying with the idea of installing the carbon trim - does any one have this already?

I didn't get the leather dash but I will have the X6 style knee pads in leather (on order). I am thinking of the dash/door sections only.

Anyone have any real life pics or view on the carbon?

Check out the X5M forums... 90% of interiors there are the carbon fiber trim. Occasionally you will find people selling them on the classified section.

yes, i have this full interior trim set. I'm extremely pleased with it and i must say in completely uplifted and changed the interior experience. I had ordered the car with brushed aluminum trim, as i thought it is the best looking trim from the stock options....that being said i left the center console and knee rest area in brushed aluminum...

Funny I have CF trim and detest it - I just ordered a complete Sen wood trim kit from Rybrook BMW in Warwick ...

Very true - well at least I'll have the only Sen equipped X5M in the US :-)

Keep us posted on your progress and if you decide to replace the part DIY.

My bits should be getting here from the U.K. once they pass customs ...
