ENET Cable from RG Sport
Hey guys, I don't know if I should've mDe a thread for this but I just wanted to let everyone on the forum know that their customer service is amazing. I purchased a cable and the package got here yesterday. The package was all torn up and was empty inside. I called RG up after that to let him know and without asking any questions sent out another cable immediately. He could've easily told me to take it up with USPS but instead sent me another cable. Great experience and would definitely recommend anyone who needs to purchase parts to check with RG first. I wasn't asked to write this or anything like that, I just wanted to share my experience with everyone on the forum.
