I too am a huge WSB and MotoGP fan.

Lucky enough to own a Panigale as well

Being to both races down here as long as I can remember, early 90’s.

Can’t see Rossi doing much this year but I hope George does something this year and Dovi continuous to get the results.

Not sure who’s going to beat the Kawasaki’s in WSB but I hope Chas can do his thing again.

Can’t wait for both the start!

HFW003 Yeah would like to see Chaz take the title this year although if he carries on the way he did in Phillip Island he's going to have his work cut out. Plus it's the last year for the Duke V-Twin

Can't see Rossi winning the MotoGp championship again, i think time is catching up with him and Marquez is pulling away from him

Was at Phillip Island for the Casey's last race a few years ago, great track and great atmosphere

I am a fan but even the USA cable channels don't broadcast it. When I travelled to Asia in the past, I could watch it in the hotel.

But for me, I watch it because I also ride an S1000RR on the race track. So I can understand some of the things they must be experiencing (but only to a degree; I am certainly not at their level).

I pay about a hundred bucks a year for MotoGP streaming; WSBK is about the same. It's well worth it.

I'd strongly recommend the Yamaha Champions school. Both Nick Ienatsch and Ken Hill used to work for Freddy Spencer's now-defunct school in Las Vegas, which was a revelation for me. (Before joining Freddie, Ken was a coach for the trackday company I used to own.)

There are lots of other great instructors with the Yamaha school (no matter what you ride) including Chris Peris and Larry Pegram.

That's incorrect about US "cable" channels not broadcasting WSBK or MotoGP. BeIN broadcasts both. I know DirecTV carries BeIN. Not sure about the other services.

IMHO, MotoGP has some of the best coverage available in the world of racing. I cut the cable cord in 2009 - FYI. I then found that you are able to subscribe to MotoGP, the full year of races costs about $160, quite the bargain when you consider you can watch live or whenever you please. I wish that F1 would consider this format.

I have DirectTV, and am not aware of BeIN as being offered.

I used to get more channels but I cut it down to save around $50 per month. I miss being able to watch the Ultimate Fighter and the small amount of racing that I could watch on the available channels (mostly the Australian Superbike Series was the only thing that I found, oddly enough).

Anyway, instead of watching it, hopefully I will get to spend more time in person at the track this year.

All three races were amazing today. The margin of victory was 0.16 seconds for all three classes combined. Still, I couldn't help thinking how much I miss Nick Harris. It wasn't as bad as when Speed Channel had some car guy do their commetary instead of taking the official English feed, but it seemed very weak and timid after listening to Nick's enthusiastic yelling for so many years.

I wish I spoke Italian so I could tell what Uccio said to Marquez when he went to Rossi's pit after the race.

According to one website, Uccio said, "Don't come in here after what you've done, go f**k yourself."
