The rear was max, but when I drove, it was bouncing all through the ride, was riding on bump stops, so I went about 3 full turns on the links and got me to the sweet spot, where it is lowered, but it rides just right. Now I have to get the camber kit for the front and get it aligned, and we are all good.
Why did you need to buy Dinan bump stop? Did the kit not come with these? If you would not have switch to Dinan would stock bump stop cause bouncing at the level you had it lowered? Why do you need a chamber kit? Is it level of lowering or all car need this if you lower them? Thanks.

I have Pinnacle 1 Ceramic on the front to match the rears, but in 30%, which is legal.

I'm really a noob when it comes to this in many ways, so curious about the bump stops you refer to.

Any link?

Yes on the bump stops, go to Dinan web site and on the f85 X5M, it will be there. They are a lot shorter than the OEM ones. Gives you at least a 1/2" clearance on the struts.

The kit does not come with bump stops, you have to use the OEM ones. But if you lower the X5M down all the way, which is 2", you will be ridding on your bump stops. Which will cause a harsh ride and a very bouncy ride. As far as the camber, it will tilt the wheels in the negative side of the camber spectrum. Pass the OEM values. The rears have adjustments on camber, but not the fronts. So you will need a camber kit, to be able to adjust the camber back to OEM specs.

Installation not hard.
You need to spend time in adjusting rear link though. Make sure you are on level surface.

Where did you get the camber kit? Im looking to do this as well and want to make sure I have everything I need for the install. I don't really want a bouncy ride as well so looking to do this once and make it right.

Is this the same kit from HR many complain about in the F15 side of the house Ben? Or is this something different?

This is H&R new product.
I just installed it locally and ride is different than the H&R Sport spring.
It is better.
It is only available for self-leveling suspension, which is standard on X5M/X6M.

F85/F86 uses the same upper A-Arm as E70/E71 X5M/X6M.
In the parts catalog I see the BMW offer +30Min fix and -30Min fix.
How many degree do you want to fix?
Front or rear?
I know the rear have the worst camber when you drop it.
But, rear should have enough adjustment from factory.

By self leveling you mean the rear air right? The pic you provided is a white F15 is it not?

Correct.
That white has it since it is a 40e, default air suspension on the rear.

Then I am very excited for this on my 50i with DHP after some more vetting. too many terrible reviews of their sport springs to jump the gun. Haha but I love the level compared to the eibach.

I'm not sure yet. I haven't ordered the springs yet just wasn't sure if I need the camber kit right away or not. I'm waiting on my rims and tires to be finished and then going to order springs and do it all at once

You won't need it most likely.
As I mentioned, the rear is a the worst, but usually the rear should have more adjustment than the front.

The problem with those arms, it could set it way positive than what OEM likes. So what I ordered is a camber kit that replaces the lower control arm bushing with an adjustable bushing. So it gives you an array of adjustment and you can fine tune your whole suspension.

Either way will work.
The main goal is to fix the negative camber when you lower too much.
