Spare Tire
I got a bolt in my rear PSS and could hear the air coming out so swapped on the donut. I noticed the donut looked low, it was only 36 psi.
What psi should you run the spare at? It says 60 MAX psi and some internet article say to inflate it to 60. Anyone have experience with the spare? Im about 20 miles from BMW so want to make sure Im inflating it properly. TIA

I put mine at 36psi, which it is the same as the OEM wheels.

I set mine to 60 since it will hopefully be in the trunk for many years without me need it to use it. I wonder what it is at right now after a couple years sitting there?
Literature shows to inflate to 60psi. Since the volume of air is greatly reduced, the pressure must be higher. |
