Sun Shade Stuck and non responsive

Hello- Yesterday my sunroof closed with the button and as the shade inside was closing it suddenly decided to stop 3/4 of the way! All sunroof controls are completely non responsive, no clicks or any activity is heard when the button is pressed. Please help!

Hold the button for a little while to reset system or pull the fuse and replace it.

Push and hold middle for 15 sec
