Had service and recall reprogramming of DME. Interestingly, I now have trailer hitch zoom enabled (BMW hitch installed at dealer before delivery). Was not there before.

After programming the following, I was unable to start the car, and panicked. Should I have waited a bit?

Start Car by pushing button (hold brake not needed)

Also, did not have an activ value to select for the following option, any ideas?
Unlock all doors with engine off (Single-Pull Handles):

Good Day Folks,

I have begun "coding" and it appears to be working...I have an X5 2015 model. The side mirrors fold only when I initiate it from the keyfob and I will also have to hold the lock button for a few seconds. I want the side mirrors and moon-roof and windows to close automagically when I lock using comfort access or the keyfob.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you set the delay time to zero?
KOMFORT_SCHLIESSEN werte = 00

If no front door is open when you hit the lock button, the mirrors will fold instantly. If not, they won't. As for CA, you do have to keep your finger in the ridges for a couple seconds regardless of the delay setting. It's some sort of safety feature built-in. Not a big deal IMO.

As for the Windows and sunroof, there is no setting to completely close them via one-touch. It's designed so that you can control how much they close. That is, on a hot day, I may not want the Windows to roll up all the way when I park the car, so I hold down the fob button or keep my finger on the CA ridges long enough to get the Windows to the desired state then remove my finger and walk away.

This is for anyone with older production date prior to 6/15 I believe - LHM/TMS folders.
To DISABLE BI-XENON ORANGE SIDEMARKER LEDS, do the following:

Europe has theirs disabled by default because of different DOT regulations - it is the 5th sequence werte value 64 in US that gets changed to 00 in ECE (europe). The coding below will automatically take care of this without having to change any of the WERTE values.

TMS (both folders):

1) Standlicht Modus 1/change F015_524_US to F015_524_ECE (Standlicht Modus 1 I read might not be necessary, but I did it just in case because I was too lazy to test)
2) Standlicht Modus 2/change F015_524_US to F015_524_ECE
3) Welcome Light 1/change F015_524_US to F015_524_ECE


To ENABLE 100% HALO RINGS FOR BI-XENON HEADLIGHTS, WELCOME LAMPS (when you unlock your vehicle), and PARKING LAMPS (this should already be 100% technically if you left TFL_MODUS as drl in BDC_BODY), do the following:

For all 3 values mentioned above, change the WERTE value of the 4th to last parameter/hex (2E) to (64). This will make them 100%, and they are very bright!

OP is updated with the Anti-Dazzle and this information. I will update the cheat sheet tonight with this info. If anyone has any suggestions on what to add to the OP or the cheat sheet, please do let me know. Thank you .

Am I reading this correctly - the latest coding sheet seem to imply that you can enable SAT and Launch Control with only FDL coding now?
