PLEASE HELP! 2014 X5 50i won't crank with jump off

My car is completely dead and won't start with either a jumper box or with a friend's car. Soon as it cranks it dies quickly. It’s a 2014 X5 50i. Any help before I have it towed to bmw would be greatly appreciated

So, does it fire up and then die soon after?

Does it only crank if using a jumper box?

You could loan a code reader from AutoZone and read the stored fault codes and post them here.

Doubt there's much advice anyone here can offer with such limited details presented by yourself.

What's the mileage and service history?

Have the batteries ever been changed? See any date stamped on top of battery posts?
