N55 101F02 Error code

I have a 2015 X5 sDrive35i with BMS cold air intake and JB4. It's been running great since I installed it BUT now there's a vibration/shuttering. At idle there's no issue. At heavy throttle there's no issue. There's a vibration when I come off the throttle or applying light to moderate throttle. No check engine light.
It does the same thing if I'm on Map 0, 1, or 5.


Any ideas? Maybe charge pipe? but it's building boost still. plugs???? I have no idea. Any help is appreciated.

Clean the MAF. It helped mine. I have the Burger intake and Racechip. Runs much smoother now.
