With that broken off, your wheel is only sitting on the lug bolts, not the hub itself.
It is not good, because the wheel need to sit on the hub. The lug bolts are there to secure the wheel to the hub, not to handle all the weight of the car.
May I ask you to post a list of all the spacer sizes that do work with both the 611M winter and non winter (my application) as well as the 612M this might help us better understand at least what can work since it seems you have the most knowledge on the subject. Its so weird that they would sell such a weak product that would brake for its normal intended use.

It is not the product that is weak, it is the hub height that is causing the issue.
H&R stated in their product catalog that it is our responsibility to check the hub height to clear the spacer.
As of now, I can say that 5mm front and 15mm rear is the perfect setup.
I will have 2017 X5M coming in soon for a mod, and I will check again if there is any difference on the clearance.

I installed the 20mm rears, and at 100 mph i feel some wobble from rear, and also some strange sounds. You were right, i feel the car unsafe.
You recommend the 15mm H&R spacers?

What brand are you using?
Did you use a longer lug bolts?
Did you torque it correctly?

Has anyone considered using the type of spacers that have the lugs already attached to them? It seems that the conventional spacers have issues in terms of getting a wide enough fit for the front but maybe this could help resolve it.

What's the torque on those lug bolts?
Do you also feel the wobble at 80mph, 50mph, 40mph?

I don't know the torque, the wheels shop did it, i feel the wobble between 90-100 mph.

At that speed, you may want to check the balance also.
The thicker the spacer, the more it will amplify a minor imperfection in balancing and torque.
