What did you pay for your X5 M?
As the title states, I know there are a few different packages available, but what did you end up negotiating on? Or maybe the better question where to start with the offer? It seems these have quite a bit of markup compared to some others. Used or new would be great help!

I was able to get dealer invoice with stackable loyalty, option credit and fleet discounts for a 2017 M with Individual nutmeg, Azurite and Sen trim ... Won't take delivery until January with the Individual delays though.

I'm coming across various sub-10k miles, MY 2016 X5Ms for around $90k. What would be a reasonable % discount to negotiate for?

Invoice is substantially less isn't it? From what I've seen it is. If so that's a great deal! We may end up buying two cars, but don't think I can do a 17. But guess couple be possible at that with a two car deal.

You can estimate invoice by multiplying the Monroney x .92 + Destination ($995) + Training ($180). Should be accurate to a few $100 dollars. I don't have a final MSRP yet as I am still working with BMW on the individual options pricing - I locked in the October rebates and rates. Here in SoCal there are dozens of dealers so it's fairly easy to get $1000 over invoice. The fleet discount gets me at invoice. Unless you are in a very small market, you should be able to grind $1000 over invoice relatively easily (especially if there are dealer cash rebates).

Agree with this but be careful, the prices on these aren't like the sedans (M5/m6). Their values have been dropping fast due to over production/lci crap among other reasons. So, 90 to 93 is good and should stay around there inching lower at a more normal depreciation pace. -Whatever that is for a BMW these days. Ha

Need to replace my wife's totaled 50i. I found a '16 brand new on the lot with a MSRP around $112k. It has been sitting there for almost 6 months (July build date). I am assuming I should be getting below invoice before incentives. Does 9-10% off before incentives sound reasonable?

It's for the wife who could care less but I occasionally have to drive it so it might as well be faster.

I got 20% off retail at 3.5% on my 2016 X5M. Australia sucks.
$220k car for $175k is still close to double (with interest) what you pay in the US.
