Question Pass. and rear seating heater non-functional

Hi guys recently have an issues with both the passenger and rear seat heaters. Driver's works fine. Checked and tested all fuses...twice. Yes, I know it sounds like a broken element but i want to be sure before pulling the seats.

I just think it odd that both the passenger and the rear seats would go at the same time especially since they hardly get any use compared to the driver seat.

I want to test the power to the seats before taking the seats completely out. Can anyone identify the power to the seat heaters both on passenger side and rear seats and the best way to access them?
