Need to bore out 2 wheels from 72.6mm to 74.1mm. Does a machine shop need to do it or can I file it close? The wheel lugs line up and will get the wheel seated properly. Just not sure how exact the size needs to be. Any help appreciated!

"filing close" is a recipe for disaster.

If its not perfect you will get serious vibration. You are talking about saving 300 bucks for wheels on a 75K+ vehicle. Don't cheap out now.
