Oh yes it's my E90's old spot in the garage.

No just angle of the picture. About 8 inches of space between the two

Thanks bro. Attempted to remove the grills last night but felt like I was going to snap the bumper in half pulling them out so I guess it's a little more well built than our E9x's lol

Going in for coding from my buddy here in the northwest. Can't believe there is so much to be done which isn't set from factory.

Anything else anybody would recommend getting done?

The lower grille fins. Get them from Ben (r33).

I was looking at them and the mesh to let more air flow through. Since I have IND painted reflectors might as well do everything at once.

Yep, I'd do it. Most members have done the mod, and it makes the M-Sport more aggressive/elegant looking in my humble opinion.

Yeah its a little trickier than our old car. I used a long flat head screw driver to push the tabs instead of my fingers, made it a bit easier. Ben is great, I was just there on Monday picking up the BMS tuner. He had those lower front grilles in stock too

This dickhead sticker was on my windshield. Guess bmw isn't messing around with their "Warranty" and my radar will screw up their electrical system

Not sure how I feel about this. One hand warranty is needed that's why I bought a new car. Second even though by law we are protected to run aftermarket parts and equipment I feel like even without explanation the dealers can now void the warranty because it was wired into their cars electrical system. Only way around this is to put an aux battery in the boot for the radar lol

show me the money!!!

Yea, those window sticker is more like a small print on all of paperwork that you have to sign. They want you to feel unprotected against them the big guys. I was disappointed with my X5 on the first week of ownership, I was thinking "Man, this fancy Euro car, it break down by itself on the first week of ownership".
I was upset with BMW and express my frustation through my sales guy, good thing they took care of me and BMW got the car fixed (even though it took 3.5 weeks). And it is 13 months already, with mod, and the car is nothing but great.
Of course there is a little glitch here and there, but hey, it is 2015, no one makes perfect product before they put it in the market anymore.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no way they can prove anything with a mirror tap if you did it correctly. "The sticker primarily pertains to improperly hardwiring by splicing into an inappropriate circuit, or poor installation of a grill mounted system. It is a legitimate disclaimer." So, if someone is messing up the wires by splicing/cutting into them, then that's the obvious tampering that any person can put two and two together. With an invisicord, I don't see this being a concern especially if you remove it before going in for service. Just my two cents since I've done the mirror tap like many others without issues for my V1.

If you read this overtly pessimistically it's also saying that using your cellphone inside your car could cause electrical problems or void your warranty ;p

It's fair for them to say "If you do something that damages the vehicle, don't expect us to fix it for free under warranty". However, they have to reasonably prove that you caused the damage, *and* they can't void the entire warranty (e.g. if you splice a wire badly, short out the mirror assembly, they can refuse to fix that for free but if your transmission has a leak they still have to cover that).

Ultimately I've found BMW to be extremely reasonable - more so than other brands I've owned. I wouldn't worry too much about it, as long as you're sensible
