Steering wheel electric adjustment doesn't work

All of the sudden i can't adjust my steering wheel up or down. It only works front and rear.

Did this happened to anyone else?

Between the 2 of us we have one good wheel ! Mine stopped telescoping.

Happened once , never had that issue again.

Had that once with the HUD too.
