Man I put 30k on my X5 35i xdrive from 3/16 till 9/17 I frequently drive from NC to OH so mostly highway miles. I love the highway gas milage one tank trip from GSO to Cincy or Cleveland.

MY2014 50i. Besides an issue that was covered under warranty, it's going well (though thinking of that extended warranty...)

24k miles, 2014/50i. Extended warranty already purchased 5yr/60k miles. only had 6 months. Only issue so far is my seat bolsters make noise when adjusting when i get in the car and my "secret compartment" next to steering wheel keeps breaking.

50,500 miles. 2015 50i, late June 2015 delivery. Only major issue was a pinhole leak in the turbo cooler radiator which was replaced under warranty. I bought a 5yr/95,000 mile extended warranty at purchase.

2015 35i, and coming up on 47,000 miles. I need to start looking at an extended warranty. I already have the 100K mile maintenance package, so it makes sense to keep it.

46,000 miles on 2014 X5 35d. Only problem was the soft close door mechanism recall and they had trouble doing a front end alignment allegedly due to an out of spec control arm. They replaced that under warranty and still couldn't get it to track straight ( I had no problems until they tried to align it with new tire install). After 3 tries, I took it to an indie and after 80 minutes, perfect alignment, no abnormal tire wear. Other than that - flawless. No squeaks, rattles, or other problems. Have the extended warranty to 7 yrs, 100k so keeping it for awhile.

At that point, I could only afford the lease payment, and knew I would not buy, and knew I would not have to pay anything beyond that due to warranty. Now, I am well aware of what the costs would be should something unfortunate happens, but would never pay in advance for it. |

72500km 2015 35i. Or 45k miles
Ive put 12500km on it. I've had it for 8 months and loving every moment of it. I've put on the amount of k's in 8 months that I normally do in a year lol
