CODING UPDATE: I talked about this before, but MACRO_FDS does absolutely nothing for vehicles that do not have M-Adaptive Suspension or DHP. I tried to change the check boxes to just Chassis only and I couldn't select it.

Sorry if this has been answered before, but do software updates done to iDrive through USB affect FDL coding, such as to HU_NBT?

I want to give shout out to Opasha for coding my car tonight. I requested Opasha to do the coding for me since I had little time to learn all the coding skills due to my travel

I knew I was in good hands.

Opasha went above and beyond and explained each code in detail.

Opasha is BMW GENIUS on DEMAND. No need for reservation or going to BMW Center.

Just enabled 6NS without any problems. Office in the menu. Siri doing her thing. I love it....

Hmm, we did this yesterday and I don't see Office menu. and it doesn't let me connect both iphones. Only one iphone is connected.

I deleted all profile and reset the personal data. Still same thing.

Did you delete your bluetooth settings on the iPhones as well? Did you follow the exact settings in the OP at the bottom where 6NS full information is explained on pairing, etc? If you have time right now, I can take a look. 6NS should be there. We can try refreshing your HU_NBT.

Yes, I deleted the bluetooth connections on iphone as well as in the car in the afternoon. I thought it will come back in the evening or something. but no luck.

Just now, I deleted all active profile and personal data. Can we check quickly in the morning. I do have to setup bluetooth again since deleting profile/personal data erased everything.

I tried with both my iphones 6 and 6 Plus. Only one is connected at one time.

No notification icon on phone when I clicked on bluetooth connection on iphone.

abhiku, you need to resize your pictures or use something else to paste pictures. Your images are way too big for friendly viewing (no offense).

Not sure how newer bluetooth is setup, but here is from a 2011 X3 with 6NS:

Additional telephone
A mobile phone can be used as an additional telephone.
The additional telephone can be used to accept incoming calls, refer to page 180. While a call is active on the additional telephone, incoming calls are displayed on the Control Display.

Activating/deactivating the additional functions
1. "Telephone"
2. "Bluetooth (telephone)"
3. Open "Options".
4. Select the desired additional function.
▷ "Additional telephone" ▷ "Office"
▷ "Bluetooth audio"

Four devices can be paired with the vehicle at once. Three devices can be connected with the vehicle at once.

For anyone who loses their OFFICE menu in your iDrive, go to HU_NBT / MACRO_PIM / make sure it is set to aktiv. @abhiku's for some reason got deactivated (not sure what happened or how), but it needs to be aktiv for the OFFICE menu to show.

If for some reason, your OFFICE is having issues, make sure all the ones below are set to AKTIV - this will give you the full functionality to make your OFFICE (6NS) to work correctly:
