What brand/type tires did your X5 arrive with?
There seem to be couple of different brands depending on region or order week, or some other factors. What brand are yours? (OEM)

Dunlop 275/40R20 for front tires and 315/35R20 for the rear.
Once they wear out i'll switch to bridgestone. |

Crappy 20" Dunlops, but just switched to Conti DWS

CRAPPY Pirelli P Zeros (20").
Replaced them yesterday with Bridgestones after only 15,000 miles. Just like with a 750Li the car before last. Not because the tread was worn too low; rather, they began making a "wu, wu, wu, wu, wu, wu, wu, wu" sound that was most noticeable when coasting to a stop with the radio off or low..

Pirelli P-Zero. Somehow, I really can't see where these will last over 10,000 miles
I keep the RFT on for my wife who drives the car a lot so it's kind of like a peace of mind type of thing. I really don't think there are other choices of RFT in the 20" other than Pirelli, Dunlop or Bridgestone. |

Just got mine, 19" Pirelli Scorpion Verde, I guess Verde's got somewhat good reputation and I don't feel the jumpiness & jerkiness that I felt with 2014 test drive.

Loving the Glacier Silver! Gives me high hopes for my color .
Mine originally came with 19" Goodyear Eagle LS-2 tires.

I have had two identical F15 50i M-Sports in the last 90 days with the 20" wheels. First had Dunlop Sport Maxx RFT, second had Pirelli P Zero RFT. Swapped over to winter tires, but between those two, the Pirellis seemed way better. That said, it's like saying an enema is better than a root canal...they both suck.
