oliver vs bmw settlement

Hello so i am purchasing my friend 2015 x6 xdrive 35i. I tried to search if anyone posted this information up but found nothing. this is the settlement in the oliver vs bmw case for electric engine coolant pump.

If Judge Falk grants final approval of the Settlement and the Settlement becomes effective (the “Effective
Date”), you may be eligible for reimbursement of up to $1,000 in total in costs for replacement of one (1) failed
electric engine coolant pump and, if also damaged, one (1) engine coolant thermostat, per VIN, per
owner/lessee if the replacement occurred prior to the earlier of the first 7 years or 84,000 miles of the Class

Ok. I thing for F15-15 onward.
By the same token I looked up my vin on

And see a reimbursement for BMW N55 Pressure Switch - Leak Diagnosis Module (NVLD).

Anyone experienced that as well ?

But not f15, those years are the e70.

This is a bit strange since F16 is included but F15 is not. Under the hood they are pretty much identical cars.

I got this and my e92 335i was affected. my coolant pump failed and was replaced 8 yrs ago, so I'm sure I can claim this but no longer have the receipts or proof of payment. just my luck...

Was it done at a dealer? Or maybe the charge on the card

it was done at an Indy shop. I'll have to give them a call to see if they still have the invoice. regarding credit card statements, my bank doesn't retain those for me to look up on my own that far back so looks like a small fee should get be able to find it assuming I put it on that credit card lol
