Slight Clunking/Rattling Sounds at Low Speeds

Hey guys.

My 17' X5 xDrive50i with 33k miles.

Getting slight clunking/rattling sounds at low speeds > 35mph. Front area of car.

Any ideas?

More importantly, any TSB or Recalls?

Apparently front lower Control Arm. I am fairly confident that someone here has experience with this well documented issue according to my SA. It is a common occurrence.
What I don't get is why is it not a TSB?
