According to the webpage, they are. When I opened the box, I notieced each side of the ramp was marked 1500lb max, which gets the total to 3000lbs?
Assuming the truck weighs 5000lbs, and BMW's near 50/50 weight distribution, it should work to be about well under the weight limit.

http://www.autoanything.com/garage-a...1A3823054.aspx

I bought the ramps to use for my F10 that had a front lip, which needed a low profile ramp. I never ended up using it for my F10 so I felt like I had to get my moneys worth and install the muffler myself.

For those of you who want to do undercarriage work on your F15's, RhinoRamps are much cheaper and seem to have decent rating. They are a much cheaper alternative

The Msport Gear shifter looks so much better than the standard shifters. Also I really love that BMW continues the amber/orange ambient light from the old BMW days..

LOL.. your attention to detail is very bad Your shifter is the standard shifter.. refer to my other post where you mentioned that you had the sports shifter and I kept telling you that the sports shifter is exclusive to Msport only. http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1145181 pay attention to the "P" button and how more symmetrical the Msport shifter is and how bulky and less symmetrical the standard shifter is. The Msport shifter also has leather trim versus plastic trim at the bottom of the shifter. You will notice it more in real life when you grab a hold of it too.

Finally picked up our X35d. Props to BMW of Fairfax who was great with the kids while we wrapped up paperwork.

Will take proper photos tomorrow after Dan at DandD Auto Detail takes a claybar to it and gets her nice and shined up.

That's the ambient lighting. It is standard on all F15 and F16s. You can select different colors in the iDrive menu.

Puzzled by the question. The strip light is standard, at least on all US cars. You do have to turn them on and select the color scheme in iDrive however. Is yours not working? The factory default setting is on for these lights.
