Haris-
it's time of year now. We took the car from WW in the same month.

looking to order new one as well.
I cheated on BMW. Ordered 2018 Q7. I figured why lease same thing again. I will be back in 3 years for next gen X5 or may be X7?

Is this lease? What factor made you switch over to Q7? Is Q7 lease payment close to X5?

May be I will consider it? I'm looking at MY18 40e as well. It's advertising >500 miles per full tank.

On the same boat, X7 couldn't come any earlier, and not sure if I want another X5 for 3 more years, it will feel ancient 3 years later, but you never know.. I still don't have the pricing on MY18 for Sept.

How do you like the Q7, first impressions on test drive? What's the lead time, about 3 months?

So to sum it up, we are seeing 10% to 12% off MSRP on recent orders, does this sound about right? $70k MSRP, Agreed sale prices in the range of $62-63k?

Anyone has the RV & MF for MY18/ for 2017/9 Sign-off?

10-12% off for MY18 X5?

Let me know which BMW Dealer, I will order in a heart beat.

Talked to United BMW in Atlanta. Offered 5% with current allocations.

Agree that's a great discount. I'm getting 9% on a 2017 40e before the current $6k incentive.

MSRP 76,300
Discount $6800 = $69433
Incentives $6500 = 62,933
MF .00151
Cash at signing $5700
Payment with tax $750/mo
36 months and 36,000 miles

Seems legit but I've never leased. Thoughts?

I got MY18 40e numbers. Residual should be same for gas. I will ask my CA.

MY18 X540e is 59% for 15k and $3000 electric credit.

9% is ok. Shoot for 12% since it's sitting on their lot and $6k is extended till Oct 2nd.

It's ok deal on MY17. I talked to few dealers in Atlanta-united BMW. They were ready to give 12% for instock model before lease credit which is $3k.

I'm going with 40e and pass the deal.

Was this any in stock model? Were they not doing 12% on the 40e?

Yes, lease. I was able to get 7% off MSRP (below invoice) on a 2018 Q7 Prestige. Premium Plus has better lease rates (3% higher residual than Prestige). If you want HUD and adaptive suspension & all wheel steering package then you have to go with Prestige. I noticed that all great Q7 reviews had this package on their tester.

Main reason to switch over: I wanted something new after driving F15 X5 for 3 years, I didn't want to lease the same car again specially when next gen is coming out in a year. I can also use the 3rd row which comes standard with Q7 and it's much better than X5's optional 3rd row.

Is the payment close to X5? I have heard their MF is high compare to BMW.

Do you mind sharing Q7 residual % and MF?

Prestige is @36/mo/10k: 0.00188/58%

Same here, but I am not so sure if Q7 really drives as good as X5. I can't go that high with prestige and it's bad residual, and added expensive options.

I thought vision package adds HUD to Premium+? Hmm, it's another negative for Q7 if we can't get HUD on P+. Add that to the list, along with no Auto-Hold!

is 40e different? I see 0.00152 for 50i and 35i
Also 35i/50i residual improved to 62% (for 36m/10k) in Sept, wow BMW sure is optimistic about X5 retaining the value even after they refresh it next year?

Is this 62% residual for MY17 x35i/50i?

My CA gave me 62% 36/10K for MY18 40e for Sep. 40e and x35i residual should not be different.

I will ping him for MY18 x35i MF and residual. I'm pretty sure MY18 x35i is same as of 40e.

You have to get Prestige to get HUD. Doesn't come with vision package. It's really dumb.

I don't think any Q7 drives better than a MSport X5 with DHP, however as per C&D, Q7 with adaptive suspension drives a lot better than base X5. BMW also got rid of Active Steering recently and standard steering is not so great.

Yes it's def not cheap. I'm getting Prestige with Adaptive Chassis package. I got a little over 7% off MSRP. Lease rates are not as good as BMW. Again my main 2 reasons were: something different and better 3rd row.
