Excuse my ignorance but am I to understand that they video and post the building of your vehicle on the BMW website?

the owners section of the bmw website where it shows a graph of the stage build section, not a video. It is "in production", next stage is Production finished. Then shipped, then arrived at dealer

BMW NA used to provide video clip of X3 production which is available when you log in to your online account. Video shows specific car that you ordered, even displays the VIN on the screen. I don't think it is available with X5 production except general production video happening at BMW plant in SC.

Our X5 went into production on 5/20, production was completed on 5/24. It arrived in Austin on 6/3. So it doesn't take long once production begins. |
