Thanks for the heads up!! I think I tried 5w-40 with my last order per the E90 forums recommendations. Apparently lots of the 335d guys were running the 5w-40 with good results. I have also run 5w-30 in my E70 35d several times. Honestly I don’t notice any difference.

Have you tried FCPEuro? You can get OEM fluids, Liqui Moly and many others there. They offer a lifetime warranty on everything they sell including motor oil.

You can effectively have free oil and filters (or brakes, rotors, suspension parts, etc) for life (minus return shipping) if you purchase from them.

Can this be used for stock 35d with egr,dpf,scr still in, ive use this on my 2014 ram 1500 eco diesel with no problem if it works it be sweet to have only one oil for 2 vehicle.
