given they are at the bottom of the car but they are in pretty good shape I would give them at least 8 or 9.

Part wise, all you should need to do is pop out 2 wheel well rivets on each side, pull the fender covers to unclip the old skirt, unbolt the support beams, and swap out the parts. You probably need to buy 4 plastic rivets if don't have any laying around. I actually used 4 from my Acura/Honda stash since they are easier to take on and off.

I would think so since the supports bolt to the frame and I doubt they would have changed the frame after the 1st year.
