Does anyone have a on Michelin tire for sale in size 285/35/21?
One temporary tire is missing the required tread height is approximately 4.5-5/32.

I saw that, but I prefer to adjust the tread height to the current tires and keep the xdrive transfercase in good condition and then buy all new tires.
I have a different project in mind so I don't want to buy a set of all new tires in this size now

The difference between the rotational diameters of tire at 4.5/32 and 5.5/32 is about 0.2% and is well under the TC tolerance of 1%, so you should be fine (IMO).
