HELP! 50i that is running rich and backfiring

Hi! I have a 2015 F15 50i that runs great on cold start and through the whole RPM range, but when you start it when the engine is warm it misses and runs rough for 3-4 seconds then it corrects itself and runs fine. The check engine light keeps popping on and you can smell gas and see dark exhaust.

I've taken it to 3 different BMW shops to diagnose and got 3 completely different results which concerns me.

The plugs, coils and injectors are new as of 5K miles ago.

Who replaced the plugs, coils, and injectors? Are you 100% sure everything was installed properly? Were the injector compensation values entered? How long after those were replaced did the symptoms start?

You have codes for too rich, too rich wide variation, battery drain, misfires, misfires with injectors shut off.
