PDC Malfunction

I have a PDC Malfunction error, but my air conditioner is not working and the outside temperature sensor is reading -40? Any ideas out there?

Outside temperature sensor is either not working or not connected. It is located behind front bumper.

Did you hit something? Sounds like one of the PDC sensors and temperature sensor are busted.
