Invoice is ~6%, so ~$65,706 and there was $2k in credits for holiday & stocking stuffer. Then $1k in loyalty if you qualified,so ~62,706.

It looks like you got $1k less than that, so I would say you did very well. You got ~12% less than MSRP.

Enjoy it.

Yes very pleased with the deal.
This included a £2500 BMW contribution to take out their finance deal.
So looking forward to the new arrival.

2016 X5

I located a new 2016 X5 xDrive 3.5 with the following:
  • M Sport
  • Premium
  • Lighting Package
  • Cold Weather
  • Rear-view Camera
  • Aluminum Trim
MSRP is $68,395. Dealer offer is $58,353. I think this is a great deal. Thoughts?

What is the current money factor for a new 2016 X5?

Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Agree that price is good... Invoice would be ~7% off ($63,607) and there is $2k in incentives, so thats ~$61,607, so you're ~$3.5k less than that or ~15% off MSRP.

The current base MF is .00134, but can be marked up to .00174.

The current residual for the 2016 X5 3.5i is 54% for 36/10, 53% for 36/12, or 51% for 36/15.

Some interesting figures here but for a simple person like myself what do they actually mean?
I've paid £69500 for a MSRP of around £85000 for my 50d so how would that equate to your calculations?

Pointless to even try to compare given prices and residuals are not compatible between USA and here in UK.

Just added a further additional option to the order before lock down today for production.
You guys convinced me in an early thread to go with the leather dash board and door tops to compliment the seats. Gone with the BMW individual leather option (XT1) which comes in two tone leather (Scotch colour to the dash top and door tops and smoke white merino leather to the lower dash).
Anyone have this on their SUV?
This Forum is costing me more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have loved to but I didn't think the Individual leather dash option included the door tops.....it was dash only??/

Anyway, even if it does, it was just too expensive an option for me, at an additional 2k, and I had to draw the line somewhere, given the Pro Adaptive suspension option was almost £4k....

Thats going to be a lovely car when it comes, I didnt really look into the leather dash properly when i ordered, now i have become aware they make a big difference to the feel of the cabin I partly regret not adding one one. With the individual trim, interior and dash, your interior will be stunning.

I know what you mean GeeRam you have to stop somewhere, however when adding to the monthly figure it works out to be an extra £15pm or £705 over the 47 months. Cheaper than paying for it upfront

I was told by my Dealer it included the door tops, dashboard top and the underside of the lower dash. Hope this is correct?

When reading the threads on this forum about the leather dash, also regretted not included in my original order. However my dealer spoke to BMW UK to check whether change could be made at this late notice.
I would check with your dealer when lock down is due on your order.
Mine was today for week 7 production and week 13 delivery.
My addition was subject to it not causing a delay in delivery for March as I'm not keen on paying out the hefty increase in VED from 1st April registrations.

True, and if this was my only expenditure, then I would have splashed the cash more.....but then, if that had been the case, I would be buying a X5M or a Macan Turbo instead but I'm also spending a significant sum of money at the same time on my weekend toy, and I'd rather put that extra 2k into the '32 Coupe than a leather dash for the X5.
I had a fixed budget as a result which I have already just squeezed above as the deal I was hoping for wasn't achievable, so something had to give, and that was either the leather dash or the Pro Adaptive suspension, and it was always going to be the dash between those two choices.

Good luck Sak83 with the new arrival. Look forward to seeing your photos.
As a matter of interest are you expecting delivery the date your dealership quoted when you placed the order?
What was your production week and delivery week?

I placed my order on 1st November and was quoted delivery in week 9 so the car is slightly ahead of schedule by a couple of weeks. I will take delivery in March though, partly for the new plate and also because the timing suits me better. I'll get some pics up once I've picked it up

2017 X5 10k Off MSRP at Passport BMW in Washington DC area

I placed my order for a 17 X5 xDrive40e yesterday (January 28) with Passport BMW in Washington DC area. Currently they are offering 10k off all in-stock new 2017 X5. The promotion is on their website (you will see it by clicking through the promotions at the top of the home page) and there are two days left for it (effective until January 31, 2017):

http://www.passportbmw.com/

For me, since I wanted a hybrid X5 and they didn't have any in stock, I got them make an exception to honor the promotion on a custom order 40e, as long as I place the order by January 31st.

The fine print states that the $995 freight will be added to the final price. But the MSRP they used to calculate the discount was the one already includes the freight. So, in the end, the real discount was $9,005 instead of $100,000. I think it's still a great deal in spite of the somewhat misleading ads. I tried other BMW dealers in the area and the best I could get was around $5-6k off.

Also if you live in the DC area, you can get a $1000 Off DC Auto Show promotion on top of the 10k promotion by going to the show and registering with BMW at the show.

Since this is a fixed dollar amount promotion, the percentage discount varies by the price of the vehicle. In my case, my MSRP is $67,700 and the percentage is about 15%.

I had great experience working with Daniel Rose (Product Specialist) and Ian Lawyer (New Car Sales Manager) for the entire purchase process.
