question about non slip cargo liner

It looks very nice and I want to get it, but how does it work with 3rd row seating? most of the time the 3rd row folded but some time I need to use them--can some who has them comment?

It doesn't work with third row seating. If you need the third row you will have to take this liner out. This liner is high quality but there are a few negatives for me. The curved ridges you see don't allow things to sit flat on the liner, the liner itself is very thick compared to the E70 one I have. It also scratches very easily.

I got it for free but I wouldn't pay for it.

I agree with M3 Chris. I also got mine for free but would never buy it. I'm not to impressed with the actual fit in the cargo area. Plus it's a real hassle to access the hidden compartment underneath. It always get stuck on the sides. But I guess that doesn't apply to you if you have 3rd row seating.

I bought this OEM cargo mat for $106. Arrived in 2 days, and while it does cover the side compartments, it's flexible enough to get access.

There's a lip around the perimeter, but in my opinion, it could be a bit higher to prevent spills (groceries) from flowing over the side.

@Akhter your comments reflect exactly the problem with this mat and 3rd row seating. I got the mat for free, it does a great job protecting the cargo area but you need to plan ahead if you want to use the 3rd row as there is no place to put the cargo liner with the seats up and it's not foldable. I replaced mine with part 51472285521 that @olneymd mentions and it works much better as it folds/rolls up not to mention the fact is can actually be shipped.

If you are buying this liner because of its 'non-slip' characteristics you might be disappointed. I personally went for other luggage compartment accessories to make sure things dont fly around in the back

I saw that one as well. if that folds (not clear from pic) when i need to use the seats, then its good enough. it also looks like you have places where you can cut out for the hooks if you want?

i saw that but i don't want one that only works with 3rd row up. i want one that works with 3rd row down but has a crease for when 3rd row is up.

You can buy the cargo liner from the E70 model, it fits.
