Anyone here considering the New M5
Just noticed that the ordering guy for the new M5 platform is out and ready to order for November Production. Anyone considering one?

never will i purchase a brand new M car.....i took a $40K depreciation poop in two years....can't stomach that again.
on the other hand, my almost 4 year old 911 "only" lost less than 20K. go figure. |

But I do understand and I am with you, Porsche market is and will always be strong on the 911s ( I had a Cayenne as some point and it tank in value). I am looking as we speak for a new GT3 allocation which I haven't had any luck. You can still see almost 2 year old GT3s, or GT3rs going for MSRP. Not to mentioned the 911R which is going for 2-2.5 have times MSRP. |

I am the same way now after watching my X5M lose something like close to $30K in just one year. I know you gotta pay to play but seriously.

The 991.1 regular 911's are not keeping their values. For Porsche, it really depends on the car, Cayenne's don't keep their value. I have a feeling the 4 cylinder Boxter/Cayman's base model won't keep value either.
