I agree for a 380 hp heavy car it is. With the same kind of driveing our AUdi Q5 3.0 TDI with 240 hp had an avereage of 8.6 l/100 km.

Unless that is UK MPG (imperial), and not US, you just beat everyone. And, if that is US MPG, then something to be said about your driving style and MaxChip! Wow.

Which of these Maxchips do you have? https://maxchip.de/en/catalog/catego...0038&xtyp=8321

You should do a review of the chip as that is not one that is well known here in the US.
That's is US MPG. I just received the Maxchip, so I haven't had a chance to really drive and for the engine to adjust yet. I have the Maxchip Pro in my 335i and the X5d.

Thank you. Amazing MPG.

I had not heard of that chip, so I got curious and put together a comparative table for all the chip makers I could find, who listed their price, and had one for the 30d/35d: http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1088491 Maxchip looks to be good value relative to many others.

You have to look at the average speed, in the other photos the average speed is double or triple, I drive city and short distances. If I had 100 Km/h average I would have a consumption close to the. 30d as I wouldnt use turbos so much.

While driving home in the 2015 X5d M-Sport with 19" Pirelli Snow & Ice from the cottage in the Haliburton Highlands this weekend (hence the "Moose FM") . Weather was -15C and this was over rolling terrain.

Thrilled with this vehicle so far.

Is your car having the factory tires/rims? Just curious.

My record is correct... and NO pic... sorry. I just got it from my phone. Please correct it Mixed highway and local.

Note: I believe I can do much better if I stop ACC and use the EcoPro's coasting... Learn this from you. Thanks.

Here you go.

Numbers...

Here are some numbers for my 25d.

But I do not think the car reading is really correct or useful. I admit - I simply haven't reset it since picking up the car.
Now done, so let's see later.

However, I sometimes use the ECOPRO analyser app, and recently (23/2) I had a longer trip at the motorway.
I do not really care for the ECO mode in the car, and drive 98% in Comfort mode.

The app shows quite nice result for that trip, and an OK average result since I installed the app (5.6l/100km).

Cheers,
Bent

BXdriver That looks good nonetheless. Try capturing the "trip odometer" vs lifetime results. I can also see the trip results from your Connected app. I'll update the charts later.

This is my best MPG to date for my X35d

I did a bit better on this trip with my X35d - Here is a photo showing 35.6 MPG USA. I used Comfort Mode.

Thank you wjbender and Baunton . I will update the data and charts.

Note to Everyone: Hereafter, I won't respond to every new data, but will update the table and graphs periodically.

If anyone knows how to embed a Google document into the forum, not merely link it, I would love to know how. They site admin and moderators are deaf to all requests unless they see HP/Torque/New/Chip in the title of the request. I have tried the HTML codes in the advanced settings for posting messages to no avail.

25d sdrive. Comfort mode. 80% highway but lots of jams, start/stop at times. Car only has 1000 km so not broken in yet. Should still improve imo.
