Here is the link to my site.
Polished finish

Anodized Black finish

It is very easy to swap. About 30-45 minutes of work.
Here is the DIY thread.

Ben,

The gain of 36whp and 29wtq is huge for just swapping to a catless downpipe. Did you ru on a higher boost map as well to achieve this? maybe things have changed since I was modding my N55 but i don't recall a catless dp giving that much of a gain. Also how noticeable is the smell? Is there anything else on the market now that would suppress the catless CEL besides the JB4?

I didn't change anything but using gas from Chevron instead of Costo in between those 2 runs.
I was surprised too when I saw the gain, but ER said that's about right.
We did 3-4 run on the downpipe part, and every each run, I gain a little more.
The smell is better than the N20/N26 as far I can tell you, because I had catless also on my F10 528 before.
On the N55 seems a little better.
Other than JB4, I can't think off anything that can supress the CEL currently.

thats a pretty bonkers gain for the catless downpipe. So the engine light would be on constantly?

Not for him since he's running the JB4 which suppresses the no cat CEL.

With a kid this isn't something i could get. The exhaust tips is right at the face level of my daughter and she always in the back of the X5.

They will outgrow the tip height.
I have 2 kids also.
You can always run the hi-flow cat.
As of today, I will have 5 unit Hi-flow cat in stock and 2 unit catless.
I will open up a thread for it once I got in the office.

Hey Ben,

How much tire pressure do you normally run in your 22" setup? Just curious...

I bump 2-3psi from the stock.
So, I am currently running 39psi front and 42psi rear.

Overall, Non-RFT rides better than stock RFT.

I'm a believer now. I was totally shocked how much better my 22" rode compared to the stock 20"s RFTs. Even my wife noticed the car being smoother

Third row (no spare), non-run flats and Chicago potholes = playing with fire. I'll have a tough decision to make soon!

Ben,
You mentioned you were able to successfully install the JB4 stage2. But in burgertunning website it is not compatible with the F15. So how did you do it? Specially the red wire, Yellow and blue that gets connected to the battery and tapped into other dme wires.
The reason im asking is because i have a F10 with jb4 stage2 and waiting for my new F15 to be build. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
Ps: i also read that theres is no JB4 stage1 , it is called N55 stage1. Go figure.

BMS kept on changing the name when I did this whole writing. They don't list X5/X6 since it is not in their market, so they never tested it themselves.
I tested it and proven it, but then they don't appreciate what I've done.

Hi Ben,

Well Finalyl have my F15 White Msport and enjoying it. I have installed the F10 BMW intake (fits perfectly) but cant figure out the JB4 connections. My F10 had the pneumatic wastegate and uses a blue wire. The new F15 has an EWG (electronic wategate). Reading some of the BMS instructions, it seems I only need to connect 3 of the 4 connectors but also I read that an EWG wire is needed.

Can you shed some light (and pic if any) of your installation? Specially where is the EWG connector and where did you connected to the EMC.

thanks in advance

Have you tried contact BMS directly?
I don't want to tell you something and they will ended up telling you that you are SOL for asking me for support.
It is not that I don't want to help you, I just don't want to get you in trouble.
