Put it on a lift, take the covers off, and take a look?

I did it i can to see any cracks any place where is this oil comming from as the engine mount is installed in the tight enclousure so inspection is very limited , car is under warrany so i think when it started leaking will never stop o?miu right? In my opinion delaer should replice it for new ?

The mounts are filled with a fluid, it if leaks, mount is junk and needs to be replaced, the fluid will eventually stop leaking out once it all comes out, but it will not isolate engine vibration properly. Take it to the dealer and have it replaced under warranty.
