I actually wanted to get the spider type chains. I wanted the Thule K-Summit line. I got a set for a Range Rover. Installed it once to adjust, never used it on the road; that one doesn't even touch the inside circumference of the tire, so no risk of rubbing. Spent $600 I think on that set, so this time around I got the XG-12 which is much much cheaper, so price of the latter is not so bad.

As for the In-N-Out, stopped in Kettleman City next to I-5.
