Gotta love the 491s; got the same wheels but sometimes they don't look like 20s. The slight concavity mixed with the darkness makes them look smaller.

I agree! It really all the depends on the angle you are looking at the rim.

That was actually a "live" shot in my garage the other night. They haven't been installed yet, as I'm waiting on receiving the BMW spare tire kit. Once I have that, I'll mount them up. Since the wife drives the X5, I don't want to run the risk of having her be stranded with the kid in the back with a flat tire and no spare.

i am debating on switching to those wheels from the 599m just change it up and do something different.

Thanks! Just ordered the spare tire kit for the F15, so once I get that, I'll get them mounted up. Hopefully before Thanksgiving.

The ones I bought are OEM, so they're 21". The eBay ones are 22".

Haha I feel ya.. when I first got the X5, I cleaned it super thoroughly. I spent about two hours going over every bend and corner of the car. But now, I cut that time down to half. No more excessive OCD-level washing and cleaning, just a neat wash and quick drying with microfiber towels. And like you said, it will get dirty anyway

Got them ready for the Winter. X5 is sitting on staggered 20" Pirelli RFT Scorpion Ice and Snows and the M235's got the Nokian Hakkapeliitta (trying these for the first time) on it's OEM rims.

Took myself out for a 4mile 1300ft climb trail run in sleet and rain. Freezing, I could barely run against the slope and wind at the top. This picture is from North Wales UK, angry skies! Wouldn't have wanted any other car with me though. Awesome to get changed in the space in the back!
